Dinner Tonight - A Week of Menus
Purim is getting closer and I am feeling the need to go veggie, I hope you will join me in this mostly meatless week of meals with three Quick & Kosher favorites from Jamie Geller.
Monday, let's start the week off with an easy meatless meal that some might call breakfast, but I enjoy for a different kind of dinner, hopefully you will too. Potato Pancakes with Guacamole and Poached Egg and serve with an Arugula Salad.
For Tuesday, let's head over to France for a French Onion Soup that is ooey gooey and delicious and if the kids don't dig onions, just make them a grilled cheese.
Wednesday is leap day, the 29th of February, that only happens every four year, let's celebrate with this Four Cheese Flatbread with Basil and a Roasted Chickpeas and Chard on the side.
For Thursday I have been dreaming of a creamy corn soup and I can't wait to try our blogger friend Melinda's Creamed Corn and Crab Pumpkin Soup seems like a full meal in itself, but if you want it as a starter then move on to this Wok-Seared Chicken & Vegetables.
Have a great Shabbos and enjoy one of our Shabbat Menu ideas.
