Simple Strawberry Sorbet
Servings
6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup juice grape or apple
- ¼ cup agave or sugar
- 1 quart fresh strawberries stems removed, quartered
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree. 2 Pour into ice cream maker and churn for at least 30 minutes. 3 Optional: strain strawbery mixture before pouring into ice cream maker if you want to remove the seeds.

you can make the recipe without an ice cream maker, by making more of a fruit ice or granita. an ice cream maker turns the mix adding air and keeping it from freezing into a solid unscoopable mass.
freeze the mix in a shallow container and every few hours, using a fork, break up the mix into a flaky, icy fruit granita.
enjoy!
is there a way to make this with out an ice cream maker?
