Almond Blondies


These gluten-free Almond Blondies are easy to make with only a few basic ingredients.  Quick, easy, and truly delish.

  • ¼ cup oil
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix all ingredients together until fully combined, adding in the chocolate chips at the end.

3. Pour mixture into a parchment-lined 8-inch brownie pan and bake for 30 minutes.

4. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
