Use this puree to top toast or yogurt, or as a sauce for chicken, fish or meat. It makes a great staple ingredient to add to your pantry.

- 1 CupServings
- 1 8-ounce container dried apricots
- ½ cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup sugar or honey
1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pot. Bring to a simmer, then cook on low for 20 minutes.
2. Puree with an immersion blender, regular blender or food processor.
