We also sprinkled some nigella seeds over top, they are those little black dots that look like black sesame seeds, but they taste incredibly unique, almost herbaceous and oniony at the same time. Find them at your local Middle Eastern grocery or here on Amazon.

- 2 bagels, toasted
- 2 avocados, peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- Pinch of chili flakes
- Pinch of nigella seeds
- 2 eggs, poached
- Make the guacamole by mashing the avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the guacamole on your bagels and top with the poached egg, chili flakes and nigella seeds. That's it!
