This is a Shabbos staple in my home since I've been married (28 years!). If I don't make it, my daughter will! We usually double it and make it in a lasagne pan.

- 20 ounce frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise I use light
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon margarine
- just a bit less than 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
- corn flake crumbs optional
Preheat oven to 350. Cook or microwave broccoli until soft. Mix together with rest of ingredients. Pour into 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs, if desired. Bake for 45 minutes.
