Brisket with Ginger Glaze

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup kosher for passover soy sauce
- 4 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 3 lbs. leftover or cooked brisket
Preparation
In saucepan combine all ingredients, except for brisket. Slowly bring temperature up to medium-low. Remove from heat and baste over brisket as you reheat it.
