Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken liver
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
1. Broil or grill the chicken liver according to kosher instructions.
2. Heat oil in frying pan, and sauteé onions until caramelized.
3. Combine all in blender.
