Chocolate Chip Hamantashen Dough
For this recipe I basically just took my favorite basic dough recipe and added mini chocolate chips. It goes great with a peanut butter filling.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2½ cup flour
- 2½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix vegan butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl, by hand or with a mixer. Add eggs. In a separate bowl mix 2½ teaspoons baking powder with 2½ cups flour. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix until dough forms, add mini chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut out rounds, fill with desired filling. Pinch corners into a triangle. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment.
Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
