Chocolate Covered Donuts

Ingredients
DONUTS
- 1 ounce fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 ounce butter or margarine at room temperature
- 2/3 cup lukewarm water
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 grated lemon peel
- Vegetable oil
Chili Chocolate Ganache
- 3.5 ounce 70% dark chocolate
- 1 Dorot Chili cube
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
White chocolate Ganache
- 3.5 ounce White Chocolate
- 1 Dorot Ginger cube
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Donuts:
Mix together the yeast, water and a teaspoon of sugar.
Put to rest for about 10 minutes to allow fermentation.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, and sugar. Make a hole in the center and put the fermented yeast , margarine or butter , lemon extract, rum extract, water and egg (beaten).
Stir together and let rest for about 2 minutes.
On a surface create small rolls of dough.
Place the rolls on a floured tray until dough doubles in volume.
Heat oil in frying pan and carefully deep fry each roll.
Ganache:
Heat all ingredients in the microwave or in a sauce pan and mix until uniform.
Dip each donut until covered and sprinkle with any topping desired.
