- Prep Time
- 2 firm but ripe avocados, cut into thin half moons
- 3 oranges, supremes cut
- 3 blood oranges, supremes cut
- 1 fennel bulb, shaved with a vegetable peeler
- Best quality extra virgin olive oil, such as Colavita
- Sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
1. Arrange avocados, orange and fennel on a platter. Drizzle with evoo and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
