  • 1 (18-ounce) can corn
  • 1 cup non-dairy creamer
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour, mixed with
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Grease 9-inch round pan.

3. Mix all ingredients together well.

4. Pour into prepared pan.

5. Bake in preheated over for 30 minutes.
