Simple to make in a bread machine this different kind of bread with corn and millet, you will love the taste and texture.

Ingredients

  • 10½ ounces water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4½  tablespoon honey
  • 1½  cup bread flour
  • 1½  cup whole wheat flour
  • ½  cup millet
  • ½  cup yellow cornmeal or polenta
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2½  teaspoon yeast

Instructions

  • 1 Put wet ingredients in pan of bread machine. 
  • 2 Add dry ingredients. Set machine to process and bake bread.

    What prayer do you say over this bread? Mezenot? It has wheat in it, so I’m not sure.
