Crispy Chickpea Snack 4 Ways

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Za'atar flavor
- 1 tablespoon za'atar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, such as Colavita
- ½ teaspoon salt
Sea Salt & Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, such as Colavita
- 1½ teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Falafel Flavor
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, such as Colavita
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Spicy Sesame
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriricha sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ / 200°C.
- Drain the chickpeas then lay them out on a paper towel. Pat until dry (this is the trick to a crispy result.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and add the relevant ingredients for your flavor. Mix well.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until crispy.
