Flavored oils are a flavor arsenal recipe. Need more flavor? Brush or drizzle with garlic oil. Want to turn leftovers into something new? Add garlic oil. You get the idea — add garlic oil!
Use garlic oil for grilling meats, veggies, bread, and fish. Brush on pizza crust for an iron chef touch. Or, drizzle over avocado toast or over guacamole. Saute with the lovely, pungent stuff and enjoy the accolades from family.
Store garlic oil covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for 1 month.
Make sure to use a great quality extra virgin olive oil. We love Colavita!

Thanks for this easy recipe! Lots of ways to use this afterwards. What’s the best way to store it and how long can it be stored? Can I make a large batch or is this only good for 1-2 days at most? I like to use it for a pasta dressing and dipping bread mostly.
If you keep it in the fridge it can last about 5 days
Perfect timing! I’m making it tonight. Thank you!
