I found this recipe on a Chabad website and made it for Pesach. My sister-in-law also made it but suggested baking soda. My sister-in-law is sensitive to wheat so this was good for her because it is gluten free. It is a good recipe for year round.
- Cook Time
- 35 ServingsServings
- 2 cup ground almonds
- 1 cup brown sugar(light or dark)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
I ground my own nuts in a chopper or food processor. I then mixed all the ingredients together(in a food processor or with a mixer.) Set your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 X 13 inch pan. Spread the mixture with a spatula or your fingers. Bake for 23 minutes. Let cool. Then slice into 35 pieces. Enjoy!
