No Knead Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
This simple whole grain no knead pizza dough can be made ahead and kept in the fridge for days until ready to use with your favorite pizza toppings.

Ingredients
- 3 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
- In a large bowl mix flour, yeast, salt, water, oil and honey until dough forms.
- Cover and let rest a minimum of 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Allow to come to room temperature before rolling the dough.
