This easy onion and noodle kugel recipe is tasty and will enhance your kiddush, Shabbat, or Yom Tov meal.

- ½ pound medium egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup onion soup mix
- ½ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 X 8-inch (square) pan.
5. Bake uncovered until kugel is light brown on top.
