Pina Banana
You can’t serve up Caribbean drinks without paying homage to the infamous PinaColada. But you don’t have to stick with the same-old-drink, either. Try this updated, fruit-forward smoothie that’s equally delicious with or without the “punch”!

Ingredients
- 1 ounce coconut rum (or 1 tablespoon cream of coconut)
- 1⁄2 ounce orange liqueur (or 1 orange, peeled and seeded)
- 1⁄2 ounce banana liqueur (or an additional 1⁄2 banana)
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 small mango, sliced
- Dash of bitters
- Ice
Preparation
1 Blend all ingredients in blender until mostly smooth; keep a few chunks
for authenticity. Serve in an oversized hurricane glass, balloon glass or coconut shell. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, orange slice or dried banana chips.
