Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Pomegranate Vinegar

  • 4 tablespoons pomegranate molasses or paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil


1. Combine all ingredients in a tightly sealed container.  Shake well.

Great for our Apple Fennel and Roasted Beet Salad.
