Potatoe Plate and Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Chicken pieces...(cubed)
- 4 Tbsp oil Mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp finely chopeed chives
- 5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4-5 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley (optional can use lettuce)

Preparation
1 stir fry the chicken in the pan than remove
2 Stir fry the mushrooms for four minutes
3 Add the tomatoes,garlic and stif fry for two minutes
4 Return the chicken pieces and add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from flame and add the chivesand parsley
5 Spoon the salad into the plates and serve HOT
6 Enjoy.....
Special instructions
You need two sieves, one abit smaller than the other
