  • 1 pound salmon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • broccoli florets
  • cauliflower florets
  • sliced mushrooms
  • sliced onion


Heat pan with half a spoon of olive oil, prepare salmon with a butter rub and steam it in the pan for 25 minutes and then remove.

For vegetable medley, take broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and onion slices and steam in water,to keep the vitamins intact in the vegetables, for 20 minutes, remove water and top with kosher cheddar cheese in a serving dish with condiment of orange slices.
