Sheet Pan Apple Pie

This 4-ingredient, Sheet Pan Apple Pie is pure genius.  This is how to make a gorgeous dessert in minutes.  Puff pastry is a delicious time-saver and the sheet pan allows you to make a "pie" large enough to feed a crowd.

  • 1 (1-pound) sheet Puff Pastry
  • 4 large Granny Smith apples
  • ¾ cup premium strawberry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out puff pastry into a 12-inch rectangle.
  3. Core and slice apples in half through the stem.
  4. Slice apple halves crosswise in ¼ slices.
  5. Brush strawberry preserves over puff pastry.
  6. Top puff pastry with overlapping sliced apples, leaving a 1 ½ inch border.
  7. Crimp edges of pastry over apples, to seal.
  8. Drizzle honey over apples.
  9. Bake at 400°F degrees for 25 minutes, until puff pastry is cooked through and golden.
  10. Allow to cool about 15 minutes and cut into squares.
  11. Serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.
