- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ a lemon or 1 tablespoon white wine
1 Heat large skillet over high heat. Add oil and green beans to pan.
2 Grate garlic over top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to spread garlic around and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add lemon juice or wine, allow to cook off and remove from heat. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
