Where can find Seitan?
Check health food stores in the refrigerated section.
This is a fabulous recipe! Nice with a handful of barley and/or a can of beans, and yams in place of the potatoes.
Always looking for slow cooker veggie recipes, thanks

This really looks very tasty!
Seitan is a fake meat made from wheat gluten. You can make it at home or find it in stores.
This was fixed. Thanks!
I would love to try this recipe, but it is incomplete. the first ingredient says “1 diced” but what? the third & fourth ingredient are also left out. and what exactly is “seitan”
