Spicy Lamb Crumbles
When cooking, just barely break up the ground lamb so you get lots of large coin-sized pieces. You can also substitute ground turkey for the ground lamb in this recipe. Crumbles are great as taco or sandwich filling, on top of a big bowl of hummus or served alongside our Over the Top Hummus Bar.
