Tomato-Pomegranate Dip

You will love the rich flavor of this creative and fun Tomato-Pomegranate Dip. Use tomatoes that are ripe and bright, not mushy. The quality of the tomatoes can make or break this dip

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½-1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • ½ teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar


Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until everything is integrated. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
