This refreshing smoothie is the perfect, healthy way to hydrate. It is full of fruit and protein-rich Greek yogurt and vitamin-packed spinach.

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup watermelon
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • Lemon juice, optional


1. Blend ingredients together until well incorporated.

2. Enjoy immediately.
