This is a bright, fresh-tasting popsicle. you can strain the mixture to remove the zest and mint for a smoother texture.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • Zest of two limes
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint optional
  • 1 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together. Place in popsicle molds. Freeze.

    It is really just sugar water, already dissolved sugar that can be easily incorporated into other cold liquids. You can find a few flavored versions here and leave out the flavoring if you just want it plain http://bit.ly/1hK1lR1
