Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie
Sometimes simple is best and this smoothie proves it. But don’t be fooled — watermelon is actually filled with vitamins, such as vitamin C and vitamin A, and has been found to help reduce blood pressure.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
- ¼ cup mint sprigs
Preparation
1. Puree watermelon in a blender.
2. Add strawberries, yogurt, and mint. Puree until smooth.
