Za'atar Chickpea Yogurt Bowl

The combination of crispy chickpeas, cucumbers and radishes with the unique herbaceous flavor of za’atar and creamy and tangy yogurt is the perfect definition modern, fresh, Israeli-inspired cuisine.

Za’atar is a unique Israeli spice blend (made with dried wild thyme, sesame seeds and other unique spices) that can be found in many large supermarkets, specialty markets and on Amazon.
