Q: Menu for Shabbos Auf Ruf

Grandson getting married.  I need a menu for Friday night, Shabbos day and Seudah Shlishit.   We have about 15 guests for meals so I don’t want it to be too complicated. Mostly ashkenazi and a bit sfardi guests, a few kids will be present also. I want a good showing, but easy prep. Thanks, Answer in english. I live in Israel and subscribe to your site. I need help.
