Chef Isaac Bernstein

Isaac Bernstein is currently the Culinary Director of premier kosher supermarket Pomegranate. Pomegranate, located in Brooklyn, offers a wide variety of ready to eat deli items that people from all over the tri-state area flock to. Bernstein’s creativity offers Pomegranate customers delicious kosher specialty items such as smoked beef tongue, pistachio crusted duck breast, and Beef Cheek stuffed Veal Milanese. Bernstein brings a heavy focus to Pomegranates ever-growing Charcuterie line, the old world style of preserving meats, now a modern day delicacy. Additionally, Bernstein prepares elaborate tasting menus for many events done through the store focusing on using local and seasonal ingredients.
