Asian BBQ Beef Ribs with Seasoned Chips

ASIAN BBQ BEEF RIBS

I love simple recipes with few ingredients that can’t overcook.  This slow cooker ribs recipe is perfect for no fail ribs that don’t require the heat of a grill or broiler.  You can set them and forget them in your slow cooker or make them in an instant pot for a quick dinner.

Instant Pot Variations: Place all ingredients into the Instant Pot and pressure cook on high for 40 minutes.

I serve them with slaw and our favorite potato chips, but you can also make your own chips from anything from sweet potatoes to carrots, DIY Veggie Chips.

Find more ways to convert traditional recipes to your instant pot here.

I also use lamb riblets, which I can get local in Brookline or in CT at Crown in West Hartford

in Israel it’s assado (flanken) but to cut as for spare ribs would be a special request from your butcher

Yes…thanks! They look like short ribs (flanken) but cut the long way instead of the usual way.

it may be a REAL mush if put in before shabbos and not enjoyed until lunch. I don’t think I would recommend it on this one.
