- Kosher salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced napa cabbage
- ½ cup pomegranate arils

- Toss beets with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon 3-INGREDIENT MIDDLE EASTERN SALAD DRESSING.
- Arrange cabbage on plates and top with seasoned beets. Garnish with pomegranate arils and drizzle with additional dressing.
