- 1½ ounces barbecue potato chips + 3 ounces for coating the chicken
- ½ cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup beer
- 4 chicken breasts, flattened
- oil for frying
- In a large bowl add 1½ oz. smashed barbecue potato chips, flour, baking soda, salt, beer. Mix.
Cover flattened chicken in batter.
Cover in more smashed chips.
Fry on medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side. After 1 minute check that the bottom isn’t burning.
