Citrus Ginger Honey

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root
- Grated zest from 1 orange
- Grated zest from 1 lemon
Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
2. Heat over medium heat until bubbling. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Turn off heat and pour into a jar.
4. Let cool at room temperature for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to infuse. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
