- 2 Tbsp canola oil 30 mL
- 1 tsp cumin seed 5 mL
- 1 tsp turmeric 5 mL
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander 2 mL
- 1 .5 lb cooked potatoes, cut into squares 750g
- 1 Tbsp canola oil 15 mL
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped fine 15 mL
- Salt and pepper to taste
1 Heat 2 Tbsp (30 mL) of canola oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cumin seeds, turmeric and coriander. Saute for one minute.
2 Add potatoes and saute for 15-20 minutes until reheated throughout and nicely browned.
3 Remove from heat. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp (15 mL) of canola oil. Add cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
