I use the term brunch loosely, you can serve anything at this Asian inspired meal.

Chinese food and a movie are popular December 25th diversions. Instead of filling up on take out, make more of an occasion out of it by hosting an Asian-inspired brunch. Here are some recipes to get you started.

I guess having Asian-inspired food is a fun tradition for those kosher eaters out there. I’m a big fan of experimenting with different meals on holidays (whether your own or someone else’s).

Thanks for your comment. While we love mango sorbet, we don’t have a recipe for it now, but we do have these other cool refreshing treats!
