- 2 scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup fresh leafy herbs such as basil, parsley, cilantro or combination
- 1 lemon or lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch salt and pepper

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
