roasted garlic kugel

For an elegant presentation twist divide the batter among jumbo muffin tins that have been greased with cooking spray and bake as directed.

Make sure to use a great quality extra virgin olive oil. We love Colavita!

May I ask, does the egg just work as a glue to hold the noodles together, or do these delicious-looking little rigs taste like egg?

You can freeze them and then thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.

Can you freeze these? How would you heat them up for the meal – defrost first, or put in the oven frozen?

A few weeks ago, you and Shifra were making Chicken Roll Ups with a pareve Pesto. Where can I find the recipe?

Looks so delicious. Too bad it doesn’t say how many it serves. I need this TODAY to plan for our Seder on Friday. Anybody?

This will be a sure fire hit, I make this kugel in a large pyrex all the time, but never thought to add the garlic or cayenne pepper. We already love potato kugel cups, this will be our new “kugel muffin” for the holidays (of course we will also have potato kugel muffins and squash kugel muffins.)

I love roasted garlic – this recipe will be a hit I just know it. I might add some sauteed leeks as well for a little color and substance.
