Seasoned with your favorite spices, you can enjoy these fresh garbanzo beans in minutes. Saute in oil and top with your favorites flavors. I used salt, pepper and garlic and my new favorite, Urfa Pepper (that is the black sprinkles)

- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 pound shelled fresh garbanzo beans
- sprinkle of coarse sea salt
- sprinkle of your favorite spices
- Heat oil in a small frying pan. Add grated garlic. Add shelled beans and stir-fry for 3-5ish minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and any other seasonings you desire. Serve in a little bowl.
Note: I topped mine with one of my new favorite spices, Urfa Biber Pepper. This is a Turkish pepper that is mild in heat, but high in flavor. I love the way it looks and tastes sprinkled on my hummus and now on my garbanzos!
