Spring Green Smoothie
Kiwi is an excellent source of vitamin C and provides a nice balance of sweet and tart to this super green smoothie. Add more or less lime to taste.
This is a great way to use up leftover Spring Green Fruit Salad.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped honeydew
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup spinach
- 1 green apple or green pear
- Juice of 1 lime
Preparation
1. Puree honeydew, kiwi, spinach, apple and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
