Tarragon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for six hours, or overnight, before using. Tarragon mustard will stay fresh up to five days in the refrigerator.
