Tunisian Red Hot Chili Peppers = Harissa!

Typically used as a paste or sauce, across North Africa and the Middle East this condiment is consumed like ketchup (or sriracha) in these parts of the world. Our fiery red blend is a mix of sweet paprika, red chili peppers, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, sea salt and just a kiss of sunflower oil. Spicy enough to add interest but not too hot, use it (liberally) to enhance everything from meats and marinades to soups and sauces. Anytime you’re looking for that subtle layer of heat just go ahead and add it to your favorite recipe (think tacos, tagines, braised dishes, breads, curries, or even tofu). Mix with olive oil or water to form a paste and then go ahead and spread it on everything your little heart desires.
