It is too hot to eat cholent!!!

I can not take the heat.  Want to get out of the kitchen with me?  

To make this easy and breezy, here are some of our favorite recipes for the hottest summer days.  Yes they're long, but no, we don't want to spend the extra time slaving over a hot stove.  

While a few of these recipes require some coking they can be made ahead and served cold or at room temp.  That means you have more time to sip a cool glass of iced tea or even a frozen margarita.
