Wasabi Pea Latkes

WASABI PEA LATKE BITES

As Hanukkah approaches, you may feel your head spinning faster than a dreidel as you think about the presents to be wrapped, the decorations to prepare, and, oy, the food!

You might be wondering what are the traditional foods to eat on Hanukkah?

The most traditional foods we eat on Hanukkah can vary by country, but what they all have in common is being fried in oil.

Doughnuts and Latkes are the most traditional foods to eat on Hanukkah.

To lighten up your holiday preparations, we have compiled some of our favorite Hanukkah recipes, all with creative twists on the classic doughnut and latke recipes you know and love.

Hanukkah is about the miracle of oil lasting 8 days when there was only enough for 1 day.  So we celebrate with all sorts of fried foods, but since latkes and doughnuts are the most traditional we are sharing our most modernized recipes for these traditional treats.
