I try to drink a lot, and try to keep in mind that the scale and the mirror will be there after chanukah 🙂
I eat salad and whole grains. I also make sure to exercise!

I try to have a variety of foods with lots of greens, find alternatives to high fat foods

A colorful bean salad that can be made the day before and can even work as a dip for tortilla chips doesn’t get any better than this. Can’t wait to try this five bean salad!

Only have latkes once or twice during Hanukkah and try to get some exercise!

I always look for healthy options, and for any dish that I bring, I make sure it is healthy. I keep to my walking every day, too, and look for opportunities to go for a walk on holidays.
By using fresh produce, low fat and high protein meats as well as watching carb intake. Healthy does not mean tasteless!
I try to eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, and only choose the things I really like at parties/events
I really enjoy Eden products. Love that they’re organic.
I want to try the Aduki Ginger Dip. Not sure about the Noodle Sushi but that might be worth a try too.
