We kept the cheese real and went with portobello mushrooms to replace the meat. If you need meat at your super bowl, go ahead and opt for vegan cheese and real steak. Serve some carrot fries on the side for a burst of crunchy color.

Inspired by a Kansas City Mud Pie made from pudding and cream cheese, we kept it simple with homemade pudding.
