Jason Cohen is a graduate of the Johnson & Wales University Culinary Arts program. Upon graduation, he took a Birthright trip to Israel. What makes Jason’s story unique is that he decided to move back to Israel and spent two years living and cooking in vibrant Tel Aviv. He took his formal training and combined it with the Mediterranean influence by which he was surrounded. Jason currently works at the Four Seasons Baltimore, but has dreams of returning to Israel. Jason currently lives in Baltimore, MD and works as a personal chef.
